Toms expertise and experience covers project development and METS sales and marketing, engineering and project reviews, hands on involvement with copper ,gold, uranium, mining chemicals, titanium and mineral sands. He has had strong involvement with the technical sales process and practicalities, team development and dynamics, proposals and tenders and strategic selling of major packages/services to the M+M industry. Many of these roles have incorporated general management and technical leadership and mentoring/team development.
